About the Facilitators
Damien and Katie are the founders of Evolve Relating, where they guide individuals and couples in creating conscious, embodied partnerships.
Damien brings years of experience in coaching and facilitation, alongside training in counselling and psychotherapy. He has a gift for weaving together attachment theory, nervous system science, masculine/feminine polarity, and developmental psychology into frameworks that make complex relational dynamics accessible and practical.
Katie, trained as an Art Therapist and in the Gene Keys, brings a spiritual and intuitive dimension to the work. With a background in energy work and soul embodiment, she has a gift for sensing the wisdom of the subtle realms and translating it into felt experience. She guides people back into their bodies - into their human presence and the innate intelligence that dwells withins.
Together, they live and breathe this work - testing frameworks in their own relationship, moving through challenges in real-time, and holding space for each other's growth. Katie brings the innovative insights; Damien translates them into clear, actionable frameworks in a complementary, co-creative collaboration.

What if we can't make all the live calls?
Every session is recorded and available within 24 hours. Full replay access ensures you receive every transmission whenever you're ready.
When do the live sessions take place?
You can check out class descriptions and the monthly cadence of calls, and times, in multiple timezones here.
How much time can we expect to invest?
Part of the reason for a longer program, 6 months, is so that there is more time and space to go deeper. That being said, expect to dedicate 1-5 hours a week depending on how much you want to engage.
Do we have to attend every session?
No. The program is designed to have multiple layers to it and explores conscious relationship from many angles. You are welcome to follow your own path through the content with what resonates the most with your goals and desires.
What if we're not married or living together yet?
This work is for committed couples at any stage of their relationship. What matters is that you're both genuinely invested in taking your partnership to the next level.
What if one of us has done more personal development work than the other?
Perfect. Each partner will meet the work at their own edge. The separate spaces ensure everyone can process authentically without comparison.
Do we need to be in a "good" place to start this?
You need to be stable enough that you're not in active crisis or considering separation. Beyond that, this work meets couples wherever they are and takes them deeper.
What if we feel like we are too far gone?
The most important thing here is that you are willing, and genuinely want to come back to connection. If you do, then this program will 100% help you get there.
Is this work safe if one (or both) of us has relational or sexual trauma?
Yes, and it's designed with that in mind. You'll never be asked to override your nervous system, and there are tools and practices specifically for working with the deeper layers of trauma.
I'm not in a relationship, is this for me?
Yes… this program is designed for anyone who wants a more conscious relationship.

We've tried couples therapy before and it didn't help. How is this different?
Most couples therapy is focused on trying to heal old wounds, or create understanding, than building the skills and tools for a conscious relationship. This work is embodiment focused, and designed to take you both deeper into intimacy.
What if we have different attachment styles and that's causing most of our issues?
Most couples actually do have different attachment styles. That's how attraction tends to work, until we integrate it. This is why attachment work is such a key part of the Awakened Relating curriculum… you will transform from the painful anxious-avoidant dance into a much more powerful masculine-feminine polarity.
