About the Facilitators
Damien and Katie are the founders of Evolve Relating, where they guide individuals and couples in creating conscious, embodied partnerships.
Damien brings years of experience in coaching and facilitation, alongside training in counselling and psychotherapy. He has a gift for weaving together attachment theory, nervous system science, masculine/feminine polarity, and developmental psychology into frameworks that make complex relational dynamics accessible and practical.
Katie, trained as an Art Therapist and in the Gene Keys, brings a spiritual and intuitive dimension to the work. With a background in energy work and soul embodiment, she has a gift for sensing the wisdom of the subtle realms and translating it into felt experience. She guides people back into their bodies - into their human presence and the innate intelligence that dwells withins.
Together, they live and breathe this work - testing frameworks in their own relationship, moving through challenges in real-time, and holding space for each other's growth. Katie brings the innovative insights; Damien translates them into clear, actionable frameworks in a complementary, co-creative collaboration.

What if I can't make all the live calls?
Every session is recorded and available within 24 hours. Full replay access ensures you receive every transmission whenever you're ready.
When do the live sessions take place?
You can check out class descriptions and the monthly cadence of calls, and times, in multiple timezones here.
How much time can I expect to invest?
Part of the reason for a longer program, 6 months, is so that there is more time and space to go deeper. That being said, expect to dedicate 1-5 hours a week depending on how much you want to engage.
Do I have to attend every session?
No. The program is designed to have multiple layers to it and explores conscious relationship from many angles. You are welcome to follow your own path through the content with what resonates the most with your goals and desires.
Will I need to get my partner "on board" to do this with me?
No. This work isn't about getting him to do anything, it's about shifting the energy between you. When your frequency shifts, the field recalibrates. He won't feel pressured. He'll feel pulled. You are also welcome to invite him to join.
I'm single, is this course right for me?
Absolutely. This work isn't just about reigniting an existing relationship, it's about becoming the kind of woman whose very presence reshapes her relational field, and magnetises what she wants to her.
What if my relationship feels too far gone after years of disconnection?
That fear is real and valid. But most women underestimate how quickly a man can re-attune and re-engage when the right energetic textures are present. If the relationship still has a pulse, this work can reignite it.
I've already done so much work, how is this different?
This curriculum is holistic. It explore conscious relationship from all the primary aspects required for a deep, thriving, healthy and growth-oriented relationship… taking the best of both worlds, the therapeutic and the spiritual.
Is this work safe if I have relational or sexual trauma?
Yes, and it's designed with that in mind. You'll never be asked to override your nervous system or move faster than your body allows. The program is complete with tools and practices specifically for working with the deeper layers of trauma.
What if my attachment style is causing me a lot of issues?
Most people in this day and age are struggling with insecure attachment due to parenting changes in the last century. This program is designed with that in mind, and includes deep attachment healing work to balance out everything else.
